The Halstad Municipal Utilities is accepting resumes for the position of Utilities Superintendent. Candidates for the superintendent position should have journeyman status and the skills to construct and maintain underground and overhead electric distribution systems. Applicants should possess good leadership and communication skills. Responsibilities include supervision and performance of electric, water, wastewater, and City operations. Wage DOQ. The city of Isanti is accepting applications for 2 full-time Public Works Maintenance Technician openings. Applicants must possess the following qualities: self starter, willingness to learn and accept responsibility, take direction from Supervisor, and work well in a team/group setting. City of Staples (3,146) Public Works Director - Responsible for the coordination and administration of all utilities and public works functions including planning, organizing, directing, and coordinating the operation of the wastewater treatment facilities, collection/disposal systems, water production/distribution systems, electric distribution systems, streets, and buildings. Responsible for Public Works budgets and assistance with Capital Improvement Planning. Responsible for carrying out directives and policies established by the City Administrator, Council and Public Utilities Commission. Supervision of nine full-time employees and additional part-time employees. Desired minimum qualifications include a degree from a four-year college or technical training in related field and seven years progressively responsible related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience in electric distribution system management and development desired. Annual salary range is $55,000 to $70,000. The City of Victoria is accepting applications for a Public Works Superintendent. Minimum qualifications include: Post-secondary two-year technical degree in maintenance or combination of formal preparation and experience to perform all aspects of this position, and at least seven years experience, including two years of budgeting and supervisory experience in public works operations with exposure to all maintenance aspects of streets and roads; park maintenance; public utilities maintenance; building grounds maintenance, working knowledge of Microsoft Office products and experience with computerized systems related to public works maintenance operations and a valid MN Class A commercial license with air brakes. Applicants must have the ability to obtain a Class S-C wastewater license and a Class C water license. Salary range is from $56,853 to $63,357 BOQ. WATER DIVISION MANAGER. Moorhead Public Service (MPS) is now accepting applications for Water Division Manager. The Water Division Manager is responsible for the operation of the utility’s Water Division. The Water Division Manager reports to the General Manager of MPS. Ideal candidates for the Water Division Manager position would have at least ten years of experience in the water utility field with proven technical and administrative ability in positions of progressively greater responsibilities. The Water Division Manager supervises and coordinates staff regarding the construction, operation, and maintenance of MPS’ water system. Ideal candidates would offer a broad skill set that includes comprehension of the “big picture” of water utility operations. In addition, the successful candidate must share MPS’ mission to provide innovative, efficient, reliable, and high-quality municipal service to the businesses and residents of Moorhead, Minnesota. Desired minimum qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Science, Public Health, Civil Engineering, Public Administration, or related field,  five years of related experience, a valid Class C State Driver's License. Preferred qualifications include a valid Class A Wastewater Treatment Facility Operator's Certificate, Type Four Waste Disposal Facility Certificate, and experience in operating a wastewater treatment facility. Base salary is $62,925 per year with an excellent benefit package.
