TKDA provides Minnesota utility clients with full-service engineering, architectural and planning services. From our headquarters in Saint Paul and additional offices in Duluth and across the country, we serve public and private clients border to border, coast to coast. Our staff of more than 250 professionals provides engineering, architectural, planning, and construction inspection services for new construction, renewal, and efficiency projects of all types. Minnesota utilities engage TKDA for new and renovated public works administration buildings, maintenance and garage facilities, laboratory and operations improvements, electrical and SCADA upgrades, as well as wastewater treatment, collection, and distribution system projects.
