AS Degree - Water Resources.  Two academic years plus internship - College level training for students planning to enter the water field. Areas covered include certification in water and wastewater treatment and operations, equipment maintenance, laboratory analysis, hydraulics, flow measurement, state and federal compliance, safety programs, instrumentation, management, utility economics, solids disposal, and advanced technology. Other related coursework includes watershed hydrology and cooperative field projects. College credits transfer to selected 4-year programs.
